Print out any of these animal templates on A4 or Letter size (8.5 x 11 in.) cardstock:

Print out the corresponding bases and stands on cardstock:

Color the animals. If you chose the colored templates, skip this step. |

Cut out the animals. |

Cut out the bases and stands as well. Each template piece has a pair of dotted lines along one edge. Make a slit along the dotted lines. |

Each template base has an animal's name on it. Glue each animal onto the designated base, positioning it as close to the bottom edge as possible and keeping clear of the slits that you made in Step 5. |

Bend each stand in the middle and unfold to come up with a V-shaped piece. |

Unless specifically labeled with the animal's name, the stands can be used on any of the animals. Interlock the slits on the base with those of the stands. |

9. |
The interlocked base and stand will allow the paper animal to stand. |
 |
10. |
Do the same with the rest of the animals. |
