- Do not squeeze the bottles near anyone's face. If paint gets in the eyes, wash immediately with running water.
Steps

1. | Prepare your puffy paint either from colored white glue or from colored flour paste. Pour them into squeeze bottles. Commercially available ones are usually branded as puffy paint, 3-D paint or relief paint. | |

2. | Cut any dark-colored construction paper into the desired size. Squeeze lines, shapes or images on the paper. | |

3. | Random squeezing can also make interesting abstract lines. | |
