Materials

  • Crepe paper
  • Pipe cleaner
  • Scissors

Steps

Step 1 Crepe Paper Rose 1. Cut crepe paper into 2-3 inch wide strips and at least 15 inches long.
Step 2 Crepe Paper Rose 2. Hold the crepe paper at the bottom of one end. Gather the crepe paper an inch at a time towards the center.
Step 3 Crepe Paper Rose 3. Continue until you finish gathering the entire length of the crepe paper.
Step 4 Crepe Paper Rose Ask for an adult's help4. Wound one end of a green pipe cleaner several times around the bottom of the flower.
