More Ideas

Halloween Candy Bowl Decorations using craft foam Instead of using paper you may create your Halloween decorations out of craft foam. Trace around the cut template pieces on craft foam or you may draw directly on craft foam. Draw the details on the Halloween characters with markers or puffy paint. Avoid using small objects like wiggle eyes or beads to decorate the characters since these might fall into the bowl of goodies.
