1. |
Print out this visor template on A4 or Letter size paper. Cut out the template and trace around it on craft foam. |
2. |
Cut out the craft foam visor. |
3. |
Punch out a pair of holes on either side of your craft foam visor. |
4. |
Draw and cut out a pair of bunny ears from construction paper. Make another pair of smaller inner ears as well. |
5. |
Glue each inner ear at the center of each ear. |
6. |
Glue the ears at the back of your craft foam visor and allow the glue to dry completely. |
7. |
The bunny's face should be close to the top edge of the visor so that it would be clearly visible once you wear your visor. Glue the following materials to make the bunny's face:
- Eyes - wiggle eyes or oval cut-outs from felt or craft foam
- Nose - small pompom or oval cut-out from felt or craft foam
- Snout - cotton or medium oval cut-outs from felt or craft foam
8. |
Crease the ears along the base by slightly folding each ear towards you. |
9. |
Cut a piece of elastic band to a length of about 10 to 12 inches. Insert the ends of the elastic band through the opposite holes on the visor, knotting each end from the inner side of the visor. Try on the visor and adjust the length of the elastic if necessary. |
Instead of knotting the ends of the elastic band, you can sew them around the holes for an extra-sturdy visor. |
10. |
Finally, wear your cute bunny visor! |
