Safety guidelines are provided for each craft and activity. An adult should be around to supervise children in doing the activities and exercise additional and all necessary safety precautions. FirstPalette.com will not be liable for any accidents or damage that arise from the use of its content.

• All photos are copyrighted material. Please follow the guidelines below in using them.
• Use only one photo per featured craft. If you want to use more than one photo, please email us at mail@firstpalette.com.
• Save and host the photos in your server. Linking directly to the photos causes a lot of strain on our server.
• Each photo you use should have a link to the specific First Palette page you are featuring.
• Do not remove the watermark on any of the photos.

First Palette PDF Printable Templates

• All PDF templates are copyrighted material. Do not republish the PDF templates without permission.
• Do not alter the templates.
• Do not link directly to the PDF pages. Instead, provide a link to the web page containing the PDF.

User-Submitted Photos

For your privacy, you need not include personal information or you may choose to feature only the art work, and not the child's photo. You can also specify if you prefer to only include thumbnail views of your submitted photos.
• Submitted photos should not contain any nudity or violence.
• Give us at least 1 day to post your submitted entries in our Kids' Art Gallery.
