Curly Ribbons
Make curly ribbons to decorate your art craft projects or use them to accent a gift-wrapped present.

Steps

1. | Cut a length of gift ribbon. | |

Hold one end of the ribbon against a scissor's blade while supporting it firmly with your thumb. | |

Pull the blade all the way down to the other end. | |

4. | Release the ribbon to reveal the curls. | |

5. | If you want to make fine ribbon curls, cut fringes on one end of a length of ribbon. | |

6. | Split the fringes apart, leaving around a 1 to 1.5 inch margin on the other end. | |

Curl each fringe as you did in Steps 2 and 3. | |

8. | You've just made small multiple curls. | |
