Step 2 Cone Treat Holder craft 2. Cut out the template.
Step 3 Cone Treat Holder craft 3. Bring the two straight edges of the template together to form a cone. Unroll the paper again.

Step 6 Cone Treat Holder craft 6. Decorate the cone with lace, ribbon, sequins, rickrack, glitter glue, or any other craft material that you already have. You can decorate the entire cone or just put some accents on the base.
Step 7 Cone Treat Holder craft 7. Punch a pair of opposite holes close to the cone's base. Attach a handle by tying the ends of a ribbon or pipe cleaner around the holes.
Step 8 Cone Treat Holder craft 8. Finally, fill the cone with goodies.
